Description:
Join a team of volunteers and students that is imaging type specimens of mollusks (dry shells) using digital SLR setup, and assembling the resulting images into publication quality plates in Photoshop. In addition to performing the above tasks the volunteer will be responsible for organizing the resulting electronic files, uploading plates into the National Museum of Natural History electronic specimen catalog (EMu), providing oversight to other team members, and training new members as needed.

All work will be done in the National Museum of Natural History Monday-Friday using well established protocols and under the supervision of two curators of mollusks.
